• The documents and certificate, of students who wish to be registered in postgraduate programs (diploma - masters) are submitted to the colleges at an early date in order to obtain the initial approval for registration, since the dead time for sending the student's papers to the Ministry of Higher Education is fixed at the end of November.  The student is not allowed to attend the program courses until the acceptance and approval for the final registration is obtained from the Ministry of higher education, the council of the faculty of pharmacy and the council of the university.  
• Upon submitting his papers for enrollment in postgraduate programs, the student should pay 500 pounds sterling as a guarantee for his seriousness for registeratio. The remaining registration fees will be paid after receiving the approval and acceptance of the Ministry of higher education.

Documents required for admission to postgraduate programs

1. Graduation academic certificate of bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. In addition to any other qualifications documents.
2. Approval letter from the student embassy in Cairo.
3. Filling-out the opinion poll form at the college’s headquarters.
4. Fulfill the security form at the college’s headquarters.
5. A copy of the student passport.
6. Attestation of his residency in Egypt for the required period.
7. A certificate from the Ministry of Health clarifies that, the students is free from AIDS
8. During the first year, the student who registered for Master or Ph D degree must sign a declaration or attestation indicates that, he will get the necessary course for perfection of English language and he will get the necessary certificate for that otherwise his thesis will be never completed.
